WAVASORB® VHP-FL

Advanced Broadband Walkable Absorber

WAVASORB® VHP-FL is a series of walkable, rectangular-shaped, carbon-loaded urethane-foam absorbers designed for floor applications in anechoic environments. By encapsulating a WAVASORB® VHP absorber in a rigid low-density polyurethane counterpart, VHP-FL combines reliable broadband absorption with high mechanical strength and safe walkability.

With a load-bearing capacity of 200 kg/m² and a dedicated electrostatic discharge coating on top, WAVASORB® VHP-FL ensures both operational safety and protection of sensitive measurement equipment. The absorber is manufactured in controlled batches under ISO 9001 procedures to guarantee consistent reflectivity and fire-retardant performance.

    Installation & Integration

    WAVASORB® VHP-FL is placed directly on the floor without additional fixation, while ensuring mechanical stability and safe walking access.

    Different grades are available to provide appropriate access to equipment. The modular concept allows easy integration in existing or newly designed test facilities. Customized absorber shapes such as stairs and circular elements can be supplied to match specific mechanical and layout requirements.
