WAVASORB® MFA
Multilayer Flatsheet Absorber
WAVASORB® MFA is a lightweight, flat and flexible multilayer absorber series manufactured from carbon-loaded urethane foam. Designed with graded layer structures, it delivers broadband reflectivity performance at microwave frequencies while maintaining mechanical flexibility and ease of installation.
Developed and quality-controlled using both commercial and proprietary simulation techniques, WAVASORB® MFA is optimized to achieve a typical reflectivity level of approximately -15 dB at microwave frequencies when measured at normal incidence relative to a metallic backing plate.
The absorber combines reliable broadband absorption with dimensional stability, long product life and compatibility with a wide range of shielding and chamber configurations.
