WAVASORB® HHP
Advanced Broadband Hollow Pyramidal Absorber
WAVASORB® HHP is a lightweight broadband absorber series featuring a hollow pyramidal geometry manufactured from carbon-loaded polyurethane foam. The thick tapered pyramid walls provide excellent impedance matching over a wide frequency band, delivering premium absorption performance from 60 MHz up to 40 GHz.
Optimized geometry for each absorber ensures high performance starting at low frequencies, while certified fire-retardant properties and environmental compliance support safe operation in demanding EMC and antenna test environments. Continuous quality monitoring and internal ISO 9001 procedures guarantee consistent, repeatable absorber performance.

Installation & Integration
WAVASORB® HHP is typically bonded using a modular installation technique known as plate & rail mounting, ensuring precise geometry and alignment compatible with all common shielding types.
For chamber validation, Emerson & Cuming AC has developed VSWR Field-Probe measurement techniques to verify chamber performance at system level.
Alternative surface treatments and customization options are available to meet specific mechanical, environmental or aesthetic requirements.
